WELCOME TO KENNETT HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Kennett High School Alumni Association (KHSAA) was established in 1974 in conjunction with Kennett’s 50th Reunion by George T. Davidson and Virginia “Ginny” Small. Since its founding, the Association has remained committed to supporting Kennett High School seniors and graduates by awarding scholarships each year. These scholarships are made possible entirely through the generous donations of Kennett alumni and friends of the school.

The first KHSAA scholarship was awarded in June 1974 in the amount of $100. At that time, only one scholarship was given. Over the years, both the number of scholarships awarded and the total dollar amount have grown significantly, reflecting the continued support and dedication of the Kennett community.

All KHSAA scholarships are awarded in memory of principals, teachers, and staff members who made a lasting impact on Kennett High School and the broader community during their years of service.

Scholarships are awarded in memory of:

• Ellis W. McKeen – Principal (1924–1947)

• George T. Davison – Principal (1947–1957)

• Virginia “Ginny” Small – Kennett Business Teacher and KHSAA Founder

• Karl Seidenstuecker – Kennett Teacher and Coach

• Jean Fickett – Music Teacher

• Richie Hansen – Bus Driver and Alumni President (2004–2024​

Beyond scholarships, the Kennett High School Alumni Association is dedicated to fostering strong connections among Kennett High School alumni. We encourage alumni to reconnect with old friends, stay informed about alumni events, and support future generations of Kennett graduates.
